Delivery depends on the recipient’s country or region and lasts around 7-10 working days (exept Russia)
aChe Piel is obliged to send to the customer the product, which was ordered and provide all reliable information about it
aChe Piel is not responsible for unforeseen custom duties and charges in countries, where the product is delivered, or failures in the delivery company during delivery. aChe Piel is not responsible for paying to the customer any refund for the reasons listed above and risk due to damage or loss of the product

RETURNINGS
Returning should be made within seven working days after receiving the product.
Returning could be made if the product is in good condition; the product has not been used and has got a complete and available branded packaging.
Refund is possible only after receiving the product by aChe Piel company.
In case of returning and keeping to all the rules above, aChe Piel company is obliged to refund to the customer all the costs in any convenient way, excluding also the cost of delivery.
