Returns and exchanges

  • Gift certificate is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • The return or exchange of goods is carried out within 14 days from the moment of receipt by the buyer at the post office, mailbox, and courier delivery inclusive.
  • The return or exchange of goods of proper quality to the seller’s address is carried out at the buyer’s expense and the seller does not reimburse the buyer for costs, including prepayment for cash, if additional transportation costs arise.
  • Shipping of the goods to the point of receipt is carried out at the buyer’s expense, subject to prior free delivery for payments of 2,000 hryvnias or the Nova Poshta company’s “Easy Return” option, which must be issued in the Nova Poshta application.
  • Refunds are made if the product has its original packaging, labels, presentation, and the product has not been used. Also, when returning the product, if a gift was previously added, it must also be returned and be of proper quality, without traces of use.
  • The refund will be made within 5-10 (five – ten) business days to the account specified by the buyer.
  • The Buyer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer who purchased it (including, at the Buyer’s request, non-standard sizes, characteristics, appearance, equipment, etc.). Confirmation of the presence of individually defined properties in the goods is the difference in the dimensions of the goods and other characteristics specified in the online store.
