Genuine leather is an organic material that has the ability to change shape, stretch or dry out over time and needs to be moisturized. Therefore, it should be moisturized as needed with aChe leather care product, which is a natural aromatic fat of organic origin, which in turn provides a deeper moisturizing effect compared to glycerin or various types of wax. The product can also help with minor scratches and increase protection against moisture.

To maintain the shape and extend the life of the product, it is recommended not to overload it. When the product is not in use, store it in the original box or shopping bag that you received at the time of purchase, which will limit exposure to sunlight. The product should be stored in moderately humid and well-ventilated areas. It is necessary to protect the product from excessive moisture, contact with various chemical solvents, oils that may leave marks on the product.

If the product gets very wet, let it dry in a warm room with moderate humidity. Never dry a damp or wet product on a radiator, with a hair dryer or in direct sunlight. To prevent deformation, turn all items inside out before drying and, if necessary, fill the product with dry wipes to quickly absorb moisture. Drying with wipes requires regular replacement as soon as the wipes become damp. After complete drying, the product should be moisturized with aChe skin care product to prevent dry skin.

A universal tool for restoring the original appearance and performance of leather is aChe care cream. If you need to clean a dirty product, first wipe it with a soft cloth or cotton swab slightly moistened with warm water. After a while, wipe with a flannel cloth. Then you can use our care product.

We recommend using aChe skincare products two to four times a year, depending on how often you use them.

The shade of the product may differ from the photo on the website or in social networks by several tones. This is due to the chemical composition of the pigmenting substances, the technical characteristics of the device on which the product is viewed on the website or in social networks. It also depends on the lighting of the shooting location (studio, open space, weather conditions, etc.). The pigmentation of the product may be uneven due to the manual dyeing process. Under the influence of ultraviolet light, the products acquire a more saturated color, which is associated with a full cycle of manual tanning and pigmentation.

It is acceptable minor temporary staining of light-colored items is permissible and will disappear shortly.

All available models and color palettes are always displayed on the website.

• Corporate orders are accepted from 20 units.
• Orders (at the client’s request) are executed with the client’s logo, personalized packaging at the client’s request.
• After agreeing on all packaging details and possible additional accessories, we issue a final invoice.
• The cost of the order is paid in two stages: 1. first, the client pays 50% of the total cost, 2. the second part is paid before sending the products to the client or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order.
• The quantity of the product cannot be changed after approval by the customer.
• The production date is agreed in advance.
• We recommend planning such an order at least one calendar month in advance. You can discuss all the details with our manager.

First of all, all the products presented in our online store are made of natural aniline leather (Full Grain) with a finishing coating from Spanish and Italian manufacturers. Aniline leather is called vegetable tanning of leather, which is pigmented with organic dyes and, in our case, is tanning manually. These types of leather have a large number of advantages, including durability, wear resistance, reliability, practicality. An important advantage of aChe leather is that the top layer of the leather is not skive, that is, it does not cut. In technical terms, it is Full Grain Leather. This accordingly increases the service life of the product, its natural protection from moisture and ultraviolet radiation. Also, no less important factor is the preservation of the natural texture of the leather, which makes each product unique.

In accordance with the above, minor traces of insect bites, birthmarks, small scars, etc. are allowed on the leather, as well as the smell of the leather caused by the above-mentioned processing method. Also, depending on the model, all or some parts of the products are glued before sewing, which may have a glue smell, which will disappear after the first weeks of using the products.

Acceptable staining of light-colored materials, which dissipates in short period of time. We recommend using dark-colored products at the beginning of use. The leather has a special coating for initial protection against moisture.

All presented leather is divided into two types and by accessory class:

1. Genuine cowhide

2. Small bovine

The thickness of the leather may vary within a single model for the reasons mentioned above. Over time, the leather may develop a patina, which is a normal process when using full grain leather.

Product elements such as belts and harnesses cannot be made from solid pieces of leather, which does not affect the functionality of the product. Such elements have a fabric lining or are similarly reinforced with a leather lining on the inside.

Each of our products has a company logo. It can be located in different places, partially depicted, divided and of different sizes depending on the model. Each model is branded by hand using laser or hot stamping, which allows for unevenness depending on the location and external texture of the leather.

Each product or model range has its own name and an additional letter after it, which means the color of the product:

A – (arena) – light brown, camel

C – (claro) – ginger

N – (negro) – black

ANTE… – suede, the last letter of which corresponds to the name of the color in Spanish

All our products have a single branded packaging, except during the holiday season (the decor may change according to the theme). Each product, depending on the size, comes with a shopper or case and accompanying documentation. We reserve the right to change, add or remove packaging elements at our sole discretion and at our own discretion.

The packaging is divided into four sizes. 1, 2, 5 and 10 kg respectively (dimensions according to the standard dimensions of the Nova Poshta delivery service). For travel bags, the packaging is made individually for each model.

It is possible to sign a corporate card with words, phrases and wishes of the client. You can clarify all the details that interest you with our managers by phone and convenient messengers.

Each product has a serial and unique number that corresponds to the passport number included in the packaging. The originality of the product can be checked by entering the number indicated in the passport in the “Passport” section of the website, where the model name and date of sale will be indicated.
